I'm guessing the answer is Reliance. George Soros recently bought a 3 % stake in Reliance Entertainment. The clip is from the movie 'Today's Special', the distribution rights of which had gone to Reliance Mediaworks. The planet is Mercury. And Reliance-Mercury is company producing trucks and aircraft tugs.
Dunno the connection with the control tower!!!
